Very Bad Service, Okay Cake
Perhaps an isolated event but today while ordering a birthday cake there, we paid and later came to pick it up. We were then accused of trying to steal the cake without paying, getting into a huge argument. They were not satisfied when I showed them it had been charged to my debit card through my phone, and they kept me there while they called to confirm. Not only did they not apologize for their accusations, but after telling them they had lost a customer, they said, "we don't care". Their cakes are okay, but this sort of customer service is just not acceptable in my eyes.
