Tails to Tell Cat Rescue focuses on rescuing stray and injured companion animals who would otherwise perish without help.We are run entirely by volunteers and donations. All adoption costs are put towards any required medical care or rehabilitation in a communal living environment as we search for suitable forever homes. Edna and the gals are so caring and very helpful once you have adopted. Lots of cats and kittens to choose from. Tell your friends and share this rescue shelter to your family and friends. I am from Calgary - its a nice drive to Crossfield :)
Absolutely the most caring, compassionate shelter I have ever been to. They take wonderful care of the pets and are very accommodating of those looking to adopt. Completely funded by donations, Tails to Tell is a labour of love.
Wow. Non judgemental? False. Compassionate? False. Condescending? Yes. Demeaning? Yes. I've never felt more judged and looked down upon. I'm sure many that work here are kind and well meaning, however my experience with the woman that talked to me was anything but. In a time when I needed compassion, all I got was judgement. Only gave it one star as I needed to leave a review.
