Worst service ever. One of there used car managers is horrible there. He will agree on a deal then make the paperwork differently then refuse to honor the deal agreed on. He also walks away when you try and talk to him. Worst dealership I have ever been to. I recommend going else where or at minimum not dealing with glen which is one of there used car managers.
Worst customer service ever! I bout get a brand new ram from them and I can't even get a call back in regards to service issues. The managers are never there and if you leave a message nobody ever calls back!

Terrible service. We try to withdraw our application because we can't have our vehicle that we wanted but they promised us to give it in a few months but later on they told us that we can't have it but instead they gave us second hand small vehicle with interest of 16.99%. So, it double the price after we paid out.They did not even give us any consideration in lowering the interest Not recommended to all who want to have a first vehicle. They will just give sweet talks and will sugarcoat it.
Worst place. I left my car in the morning for a service. They never called me to give me an update. At the end of the day I called them twice and left a message and they never called me back. I still do not know what is going on with my car and when I am getting it back
Their service department tries to take money out of your pockets. Charges excessive with poor results
Trying to call the service department but they just let it ring and ring and then when they are tired of hearing the ringing they put you on hold without letting you know and even talking to you.
Worst place to buy a car from ever. Salesmen dont know what they're doing and it takes over two weeks to get a vehicle when all your paperwork is order!
They forgot to do an oil change, charged a pile to 'diagnose' things that they couldn't fix and referred on and when I picked it up, and noticed they had forgot to change the oil, their solution was show up early Saturday, as 'first come first serve'... really? couldn't have fit me in? That said, amount of stuff that goes wrong with a 5 year old Jeep, and pricey diagnostics, next SUV will be a Honda!
