Aggressively cut my gel and real nails off, so close they hurt. With dirty toe nail clippers that had someone else nails in them. I have 2 nail infections now.
Absolutely the worst shop I have ever been too. Tried twice and both sets of nails were terrible quality, nothing like what I wanted and didnt last long for the $65+ I spent on them. Brought my younger sister in just for a gel polish and they charged me excessivly for basic polish and top coat... WASNT EVEN GEL AND WASNT THE COLOUR SHE ASKED FOR. They do not care what you say, you will not get what you want. Do not waste your money here
The ladies all know my name and I feel so welcome when I arrive. It’s a very busy spot now so I recommend scheduling an appointment as walk ins are sometimes hard to manage but they usually get you in. I know everyone is trained to do that service well!! Love this place and look forward to it every month

I can't say enough great things about this salon ! I have been seeing them for my nails for long time and they always do an amazing job! Like any salon they have busy times and you might need to wait. However, it is extremely hard to find a good nail tech, when you find a good one you stick with them!
Don't bother wasting your time. I walked in and asked if they had time for a walk in pedicure. The ladies told me they had time I would just have to wait 10 minutes. I told them that was fine but I would need to be out of there in an hours time to which they responded no problem. 35 minutes later I still had not received service and got up to leave. The ladies said "oh sorry we told you that you would have to wait ten minutes" and asked if I would come back. I responded it's been 35 & left
I was disappointed the first time I tried this location two years ago but recently gave them another try because they are conveniently located for me. I lucked out and happened to get a lady named Amy. Shes fast, speaks very good English, and I'm always pleased with her work. I get plain french gels but recently had a special occasion that called for colour instead - i showed her a photo of my husband's tie and she chose a shellac and did some nail art to match. She really went above and beyond.
By far the worst place I have ever gone too. My sister and I went in for a manicure for her and a set of solars for myself. The cut both myself and my sister, they continued to put for chemicals into the cuts, the nails I asked for look NOTHING like what I ended up with and I'm almost embarrassed to go out with them. Crooked and filed on weird angles, the girl, who must have been new, destroyed my hands and then to top it off - after I stated that we were paying together (no tips) they FORGOT to add my sisters total on mine and accused me of trying to walk out without paying!!!! They spoke NO ENGLISH and ignore us completely and did NOTHING of what I asked for, for my nails. DO NOT GO HERE
I went in for a new set today. I asked for Stiletto nails but not as pointed and the lady rounded them out completely, I told her that was not what I asked for but because she filed them so much, she would have had to remove the set and replace it with a new one so I said not to worry about it. The lady only said one word to me about some nail art and I ask for a diamond(the shape not the gem) and she had to redo it 3 times. I asked for a gel topping and she came back with the shellac topper but I was looking for the gel they used when getting solar nails. The only reason I tipped was because she didn't charge me for my nail art. I'm going to give this place one more try because it's so close to home so I hope the next time it'll be a better experience.
I was excited when I saw there was a new place on the east side to get my nails done, but that was until I went in there!! I walked in and there were 4 women sitting down, none of which got up to greet me until after having a five minute conversation in vietnamese. Finally one of them sauntered over to me and said "sit". I sat down, she said "fill?" and I said "yes please". That was the last word she spoke to me. The rest of my service was spent with her and her co-workers speaking in a language I do not speak, laughing and having a great time. To top it all off, and this is the clincher, she used a towel that looked like it had fresh blood on it!!!!!! which was not my own! I would never ever darken the doors of this place again even if they were the only place in Airdrie. The final result left something to be desired as well!
I don't know about you but I am tired of spending money on chicklet nails by people who won't listen. I went for a new set today of gel. GEL...and my nails are thick and wide and awful. I will spend at least 3 hours filing tonight to even remotely fix this. I have been getting my nails done for 20 years and have had some bad ones...This one is not even in that category. Whatever you do don't go.....you will waste your money.
